Structures:
1. Gravity: 
All existing floor & roof were removed and rebuilt with TJI I-joists, wood/steel beams that are supported by new wood/steel columns, existing masonry walls and new wood-framed walls.
2. Lateral: 
New wood-framed floor/roof diaphragms are laterally supported by special steel moment frames, steel braced frames, wood-framed shear walls.
Status: 
Completed in 2009.
