​Structures:
1. Gravity: 
A combination of TJI I-joists and exposed solid LVL  joists, wood/steel beams that are supported by reinforced CMU walls and steel columns.

2. Lateral: 
Wood-framed diaphragm supported by special steel moment frames, wood-framed shear walls and special reinforced CMU shear walls.

Status: 
Completed in 2021.
