Scope:
Retrofit and convert office
Add 6,000-square-foot  mezzanine inside the existing shell with new stairs.
Add and enlarge multiple openings on the exterior brick walls.

​Structures:
1. Gravity: 
Concrete topping on floor sheathing over I-joists supported by wood/steel beams and steel columns for new mezzanine.

2. Lateral: 
Wood-framed Shear Walls for new Mezzanine.

Status: 
Completed in 2017.
