Logik Structures, Inc. (LOGIK) addresses the needs of homeowners, real estate developers, contractors, and the architectural consulting community with professional structural engineering services and rebar/structural steel/HVAC shop drawing services utilizing proven methodologies and state-of-the-art computer-aided design software. We focus on several core areas of expertise: New Construction, Remodeling/Renovation, Seismic Evaluation & Retrofit, and Rebar/Structural Steel/HVAC Shop Drawing Production.
LOGIK's portfolio of expertise is centered on the background of the firm's founder and partners, each having over 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles with well-known structural engineering design and consulting firms. Our firm is composed of professionals who have successfully delivered construction projects throughout the Southern California area. We believe that sound structural engineering practices melded with a firm commitment to project quality are key to the success of each of our assignments. Our typical workflow for all projects is to virtually build the entire project structurally in 3D in extreme detail to ensure zero constructability issues even before construction begins.

LOGIK is currently providing structural engineering services for single-family residential projects in hillside areas, multi-family development projects, and commercial office buildings.

All new residences will be built on or into existing steep slopes with unique shapes and features. In the past, projects like these posed challenges to builders when it came to shoring piles/supporting piles, sloped/stepped grade beams, and retaining walls because 2D structural drawings are normally quite confusing and not all construction crews are well-versed at reading them properly. With the help of Revit 3D modeling, all structural members are now clearly presented in 3D views at different angles in addition to traditional drawings to minimize any possible misinterpretation.

These projects are now either permitted or in plan check with construction expected to start soon.
